but the format and organization of the resume appear
simplistic and undermine his experience. The casual
language also does not help to build a confident,
professional impression. Improper technical references
and basic grammar/editing problems undermine the
reader's confidence in his abilities. Overall, presentation
has little positive impact and could lead to rejection
even though the skills/experience are strong. |
